How fast can we start?
Usually within 2–3 weeks of a signed scope. Smaller engagements can begin sooner; full builds depend on roster.
What's a typical engagement size?
We work in three tiers: a fixed-price Launchpad sprint ($5k–$8k), a milestone-based Core Product build ($25k–$60k+), and an ongoing Growth Engine retainer ($4k–$8k/mo). See the pricing page for details.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Mostly fixed-scope. The Launchpad is fixed-price, the Core Product is milestone-based, and the Growth Engine is a monthly retainer with a performance incentive.
Do we have to commit to the full build?
No. Most clients start with the low-risk Launchpad sprint — you walk away with a production-ready blueprint and prototype you fully own, then decide whether to continue.
