How fast can we start?
Usually within 2–3 weeks of a signed scope. Smaller engagements can begin sooner; full builds depend on roster.
What's a typical engagement size?
It depends on scope. Most engagements are either a short fixed-price validation sprint, a milestone-based build, or an ongoing monthly retainer. Tell us what you have in mind on an intro call and we will come back with a scope and a number.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Mostly fixed-scope. The Launchpad is fixed-price, the Core Product is milestone-based, and the Growth Engine is a monthly retainer with a performance incentive.
Do we have to commit to the full build?
No. Most clients start with the low-risk Launchpad sprint: you walk away with a production-ready blueprint and prototype you fully own, then decide whether to continue.
